In the case of mild stress, you may simply need help with additional tools and strategies to help manage your mind and body reactions to your current levels of stress. In the case where your current stress levels are significantly impacting your life cognitively, emotionally, physically and behaviourally, we would require a more comprehensive treatment plan to get you to where you want to be.
The ‘Manage Your Stress, Learn To Relax And Sleep Well’ package will start with a consultation to understand where you are now and what you would like to achieve. It will be important for us to ‘calibrate’ your current situation so that we can measure the progress you and your subconscious mind make. Each 90-minute session will include a hypnosis session specifically tailored to your needs.
Early in the course of treatment I may use Hypnoanalysis techniques which will allow your subconscious mind to identify events in your life that have contributed to the problem in some way (a bit like peeling back the layers of an onion). This will allow your subconscious mind to begin to let go of anything negative that may be holding you back from having the life that you want, right now.
Once your subconscious mind has indicated there is nothing holding you back, all that remains is to focus on changing any anxiety related distorted thought patterns that may underlie your stress. We will look at the use of tools and techniques to help you stay calm and relaxed in all situations. If required we will use suggestion therapy to build your confidence and self-esteem, and we will we will also look at mindfulness and self-hypnosis techniques so that you can be more resilient and be able to help yourself greatly in other stressful times and event in your life.
